The Quan The Am Festival at Marble Mountains one of the most significant spiritual and cultural celebrations in Da Nang will take place from April 4 to April 7, 2026 at Quan The Am Pagoda, located in the Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn) area. The annual festival is expected to feature a vibrant programme of religious ceremonies, cultural performances, traditional folk games, exhibitions, and craft showcases, attracting both local residents and international visitors.

The information was officially announced during a planning meeting held on March 11 by the city’s festival organizing committee. Authorities confirmed that preparations are being carefully coordinated among departments, agencies, and local communities to ensure the event is held in a safe, respectful, and well-organised manner.

Opening Ceremony and Key Rituals

According to the organising committee, the opening ceremony will take place at 5:00 PM on April 4, 2026, marking the beginning of four days of cultural and spiritual activities.

The most important ritual of the festival, the ceremony honouring Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara (Quan The Am), will be held at 7:00 AM on April 6 at the main ceremonial stage of Quan The Am Pagoda. This sacred event is regarded as the spiritual highlight of the festival, attracting thousands of Buddhist followers and visitors.

The closing ceremony will take place on the afternoon of April 7, concluding the festival’s diverse programme of cultural and community activities.

A Celebration of Culture, Faith, and Heritage
