By registering and making payment successfully for products from Danang Leisure events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions and policies stated in this document.

Products of Danang Leisure events stated in this document include:
– Tickets to Danang Leisure events
– Tickets to attend events from our partner event (which is listing on our upcoming event)

A.TICKET PURCHASE AND TRANSFER

1. To attend a Danang Leisure event, a guest must be at least 18 year-old register their information as required, purchase a ticket, and show up with an e-ticket (includes ticket id/ name register) sent via email at the entrance.2. A ticket can only be issued after the payment for order is successfully confirmed by Danang Leisure via email.

3. Confirmation on payment and ticketing process by Danang Leisure might take 01-03 working days. An E-ticket with a ticket code and invoice will be sent to the participant’s email address.

4. A ticket code on an e-ticket email is only valid for one-time check-in. The purchaser is self-responsible for securing the ticket information including the ticket code and personal’s information. Danang Leisure reserves the right to not be responsible for any cases concerning stolen ticket code.

5. Attendees should bring along a name card/ID card in case Danang Leisure/Organier needs any verification on ticket information. Attendee’s information on name card/ID card should match his/her information registered on the ticket.

6. Transferring a ticket can be supported in certain events of Danang Leisure. Requests should be sent 5 (five) days prior to the event’s date by sending an email with an update on attendee’s information to info@danangleisure.com. Danang Leisure/Organizer will contact you to confirm whether the ticket can be transferred. After the mentioned date, Danang Leisure reserves the right to decline the request for transferring ticket(s). In case ticket transferring is approved by Danang Leisure, the ticket of an event can be only transferred and updated attendee’s information one time.

7. Ticket of an event cannot be changed or reserved for other events of Danang Leisure.

B. REFUND POLICY FOR EVENT TICKETS

1. Request for refund of purchased tickets to the Danang Leisure event is acceptable only if the request is sent to email info@danangleisure.com 5 (five) days before the event’s date and the VAT invoice of the purchased tickets has not been officially issued. A service charge of Danang Leisure, which includes transaction fees, tax (if any) and other additional fees relating to this refund, will be directly subtracted from the total refund.

The total refund = The total amount paid for the ticket(s) – Service charge of Danang Leisure
– The service charge of Danang Leisure equals 10% of the total payment for the exact order of ticket types you previously purchased.
– The service charge of Danang Leisure includes transaction fees, tax (if any) and other additional fees relating to this refund.

2. To request a refund of ticket, claimant is required to provide a complete set of refund documents to the email address info@danangleisure.com, as follows:

• Two-side photos of the ID/Passport of the refund claimant
• Payment Order/Payment Receipt for purchase order(s) that requires a refund.
• The successful payment confirmation email from Danang Leisure (sent from info@danangleisure.com)
• Bank account information of the refund claimant
• We will verify the refund claimant’s information and the previous payment information. A refund can only be processed if refund documents are fully verified by Danang Leisure.
• If the payment is made via PayPal, we will adhere to PayPal’s refund policy and applicable fees.

3. Danang Leisure has the right to decline requests if:

• Requests for a refund after the mentioned date in item 1 of B. Refund policy for event tickets.
• Requests for a refund are not sent along with a complete set of refund documents as required by Danang Leisure mentioned in item 2 of B. Refund policy for event tickets.
• Danang Leisure cannot contact to verify the information of request sender/claimant and the purchaser of the ticket accurately.

4. The refund process may vary within 15 days, starting from 01 (one) day after the event ends and your refund documents are fully provided by the claimant and verified by Danang Leisure. The refund amount will be automatically processed by bank transfer from Danang Leisure.

6. Request for refund of purchased tickets to the Danang Leisure event is not acceptable if the VAT invoice of the purchased tickets has been officially issued.

– Vietnamese Bank transfer
– Credit card
– Paypal

D. OTHER
