THE WORKSHOP

To start to understand the art of wine tasting one starts with the 6 S’s. That’s seen, swirl, sniff, sip, swish and swallow or spit

This interesting workshop helps to familiarise with the key factors in wine evaluation alongside 5 wines to practice with and enjoy. A good start if you are a wine curious or have any other interest in wine.
