We will absolutely have a fantastic time together making new friends and integrating with the local lifestyle. There is nothing better than learning how to cook Vietnamese dishes from local buddies, bargaining with local traders at the market, and then having a warm and cozy buffet dinner together with our self-prepared dishes. Schedule:
3pm – 3:15pm: doors open at the Workshop.
3:15pm – 3:20pm: divide teams (5 teams: foreigners + locals).
3:20pm – 3:30pm: solving food puzzle round to choose vietnamese dish for team.
3:30pm – 4pm: market shopping round.
4pm – 6pm: cooking round.
6pm – 6:15pm: take a vote for the winner team.
6:15pm – 8pm: share the food, buffet party.
