January 1, Đà Nẵng organized a series of activities to welcome nearly 3,000 tourists arriving in the city via air and sea at Tien Sa port. At 6:45 a.m., the city greeted close to 2,000 European and American visitors aboard the luxury cruise ship Noordam, which docked at Tiên Sa Port.

The voyage began in Singapore on December 22, 2024, passing through Thailand and Cambodia before reaching Vietnam. During their time in Đà Nẵng, visitors are set to explore iconic destinations such as the Marble Mountains and Linh Ứng Pagoda.

According to forecasts by Đà Nẵng Port, the city is expected to see a significant increase in tourists arriving by sea this year. Tiên Sa Port anticipates receiving 76 cruise ships, bringing an estimated 70,000 passengers.
