Me, personally, do not consider them as an ideal choice for an ale or a bit of camaraderie; however, grab a bowl of these innovative cocktails if you want to be soaked in a truly authentic Vietnamese flavor.
Interlacing with Chu hotel, and consistently packed with a mix of tourists from different cultures, Dachazz lounge serves diverse iconic dishes that remain available from the morning of a day to around 9:00 in the evening. The inspiring menu varies with international dishes, Asian dishes and some creative selections that intensively bear the mark of Chu. Stopping by the lounge at such a late hour, I had no tasting options but Banh Khot with Jumbo Shrimp. This well-made Banh Khot version is surprisingly what I gravitated towards on a gloomy night. The cook truly shone when crafting this excellent invention which retains its origin’s standout while capitalizing the novelty.
