Gulfstream Luxury Aircraft Conference in Da Nang

Five private jets carrying some of the world’s billionaires arrived in Da Nang for Gulfstream’s luxury aircraft conference and to explore local tourist attractions.

The Gulfstream fleet, including the G600, G500, G650ER, and two G700s, landed at Da Nang International Airport on October 15th. Sun Air, Gulfstream’s representative in Vietnam, revealed that the jets transported 50 elite clients, including billionaires and Gulfstream’s operational partners, to Da Nang for the annual customer conference.

The three-day event is being held at a 5-star resort on the Son Tra Peninsula, with participants having the opportunity to visit iconic nearby destinations such as Ba Na Hills and the ancient town of Hoi An.

Earlier in March, Da Nang was also chosen by billionaire Bill Gates and his girlfriend for a four-day vacation. Gates arrived in his private G650ER jet, stayed at a beachfront resort, and experienced Vietnamese culture with a tea ceremony atop Ban Co Peak.

According to Gulfstream representatives, Vietnam was selected as the host for this year’s conference due to its stunning landscapes and convenient location, making it ideal for attracting global clients.

Gulfstream is regarded as a leader in the luxury aviation industry, with high-profile owners such as Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Lionel Messi. The company is known for unmatched flight speeds, safety, efficiency, and its luxurious, comfortable interiors.

Among the planes in Da Nang, the G650ER stands out as the fastest, long-range jet, capable of circling the globe with just one stop. Its interior is designed for the ultra-wealthy, featuring amenities like sleeping quarters, a kitchen, bar, bathroom, relaxing sofas with TV screens, and a 5-6 star living room standard.

Meanwhile, the G700 boasts the largest cabin in the Gulfstream fleet, accommodating up to 21 passengers. It enhances well-being with 100% fresh air refreshed every 2-3 minutes and natural lighting from 20 of the largest windows in any business jet.
