Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Tran Hong Ha, has just signed Decision No. 822/QD-TTg dated 11/7/2023, approving the proposal for the preservation, restoration, and restoration of unique national scenic spots Ngu Hanh Son, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang.
The planning scope covers an area of 1,049,701 m2, following the zoning map of Protected Area I and Protected Area II of Ngu Hanh Son Special National Scenic Landscape.
Planning boundary: The East borders on Truong Sa road and coastal resorts; The West borders on Co Co River; The South borders on Co Co River and the current residential area; The North borders Pham Huu Nhat Street and Hoa Hai 2 resettlement area.
Orientation on the spatial organization of landscape architecture and arrangement of technical infrastructure systems by the stages of conservation and promotion of values; ensure a harmonious and synchronous connection with the surrounding landscape and environment, with the general planning of Da Nang city and other relevant plannings.
